I need a good shampoo. My Hair is really dry and damaged. I wear it up way to much, Its really wavey and frizzy. I need something that will make it less damaged and frizzy. If I used a serum no matter how much I put in it looks greesy, I cant put any products in my hair. My hair is dark brown and if I put anything in it, it looks greesy. Please Help!!

I like the Paul Frieda line. I also have wavy/curly/frizzy hair My stylist recommend washing my hair less frequently --- like 3 times a week, and on other days just 'washing' it with conditioner. There are some good leave in conditioners (I use Paul Frieda, but there are lots of others) that help too. Serums are too strong, stick with leave in conditioners or products designed for curly/wavy hair that are light and moisturizing (curly hair is dryer than straight hair). Actually, one of the best products I've used is body lotion! just a little, also recommended by my stylist when we were at the beach and my hair got crazy frizzy! Get a good hair cut that inspires you to wear it down, it makes a big difference! Mostly, just don't wash it too often and use lightish products.

look into redken smooth down shampoo and condition. It might just do the trick. Also do you straighten it with a flat iron? If not then i would look into buying a flat iron (i personally use the chi brand) and also make sure to buy a protectant spray to spray over each section of hair before straightening it... (bumble and bumble heat protectant spray)... You can get a really sleek healthy look if you do those things :)
