Better hurry up and catch it.
Next time you park, put the parking brake on. You can also turn the wheel so the tires catch on the curb.
If it's your hill, or of there's no curb, or if your parking break is junk, you might invest in a few pieces of 4x4 to put behind one or more of the wheels. That should keep it from rolling for SURE... But if the parking break is junk, good luck in taking those blocks out without killing yourself.

your car is rolling down a hill and you're on the internet asking questions?? yeah... let it go and hit something... if you're REALLY lucky it might run into a kid or an elderly person.
(in case you didn't know... that was sarcasm)
It depends on if your car is rolling down the hill backwards or forwards.
If forwards... park closer to the curb of the street and turn your steering wheel hard to the RIGHT... that will point your tires toward the curb and it will stop the downhill roll.
If backwards... park closer to the curb of the street and turn your steering wheel hard to the LEFT... that will point your tires away from the curb...but since it'll be going backwards, it will cause your front wheels to roll back to the curb....again stopping downhill rolling.
Also...set your EMERGENCY BRAKE.
