i have tried" mederma" but it is not satisfactory treatment i think

If it's a fairly new scar, use pure vitamin E oil. My Dr told me to use that after my surgery on my neck.

You may want to consider researching Tretinoin, also known as Retin-A. It's a cream applied topically to the skin and is shown to increase collagen which often results in decreased visibility of scars or stretch marks.

I've also heard that biotin and rose hip oil have been effective.
