I assume your a speaking of the event in the Bible where Satan was trying to tempt Christ. Where Satan offered Christ all the world, if he would just bow down to him, and where after Jesus had fasted for a long period of time, Satan told him he could turn the rocks into bread if he wanted to, and Jesus refused.

Actually I suppose the last temptation of Christ was when he was about to be crucified and He was tempted to turn against the will of the Father.

My thoughts would be along then line of, I am glad he did not choose to give in. Without His death, we could not be forgiven.
