Give yourself an extra 30-45 minutes every morning. When you wake up do this simple exercise (actually you can do it any time, anywhere.) Start at the top of your body. Clench your jaw for 5 seconds, then relax it. Do the same with your shoulders, arms, hands, stomach, butt, thighs, and legs. Do it as many times as you want. Then go do some exercise. If you have a stationary bike or treadmill in the home-great! Otherwise, take a brisk 20-minute walk or run.
That, my dear, should make for an excellent day. Good luck!! :)

Well, it really will depend on what works for you as an individual. For me, I take a time out. Move away from my office space and go outside for a moment. I might take my music with me or just sit on a bench or under a tree take 10 or 15 minutes to just sit and think about the things that make me happy and reflect on how thankful I am for those things. Its makes my little stress problems seem less like a mountain and more like a molehill.

Both work.

In dealing with stress, the lifestyle needs a complete overhaul. We should be placed on an optimum diet, and take regular exercise and adequate rest. Check out http://sumiram2006-stressfree.blogspot.com/ for more info.

A hot bath at the end of the day and a glass of wine. Soft soothing music. Talking to friends.
