Im not trying to lose weight. I was on a diet and lost 10 lbs and now am happy with my weight. I just want to know if I can continue to eat this much daily.

body needs at least 1200cal/day (50cal/hour) if you are in coma so you do the math...
all you do is slowing down your metabolism, losing muscle and gaining fat - making a giant contribution to yo-yo cycle.
start eating!!! if you dont give your body all the nutrients it needs it will not achieve its full potential (growth, brain functioning etc)
eat 5-6 small meals a day, make healthy food choices and eat plenty of lean protein, healthy fats, complex carbs, fruit, veggies and lots of water.

It is definately on the lower calorie end of dieting. If your trying to lose alot of weight it's safe but if your trying to maintain your weight then it's probably too low. It also depends how much you weigh and how active you are. To maintain weight you want to consume as many calories as you burn and with the average diet being 1500 calories for a average sized female you'd be eating about half the recommended amount. It really all depends on what your goal of it is.

Kandi - have you seen the biggest loser??...... there are 400 pound men and women on that show, and they are all on a 1200 or 1500 calorie diet, for a reason.....and not below that....I have noticed that I was eating less that 1000 calories a day, much less...and didn't lose weight...when I began eating 1200 a day, weight started falling off (years ago)...

Yes this is bad for you as your body needs at least 1200 calories a day to function properly. You are malnourished if you are eating that few calories.
