there is this this small patch on my arm, mabey the size of a small pencil eraser. its itchy and round and kind of scaly... i want to know could it be ring worm or just eczema?

I have a spot like that on the inside of my right wrist,it gets really itchy and scaly,the Dr. said he doesn't know what it is,it's some kind of eczema,but it 's not always there,so he said it could be an alergic reaction to something.Personally I don't think he knows,I've had this problem for over 10 years that I can remember.I've tried lotions everything I can think of and that people have told me to try,nothing works.I think it's nerves because it's not there all the time,mine started out that small now it's about the size of a silver dollar.Alcohol eases the itching quite a bit.Good luck.

Probably just a spider bite or some bug bite.Is it a red bump with a tiny hole in the middle?

Elbow?
If it is at the end of your arm, it could be a hand.
If it is white, it could bne eczema. There are creams. I finally went for the steroid shot. That took care of it...
