What is the best city in China to visit to take a Yangtze River cruise?

We took a Yangtze River cruise in July from Chongqing to Shanghai, it is a seven day cruise. We stopped by one place everyday, the Ghost Town, Three Gorges Dam, Wuhan, Yellow Mountain, Nanjing and Shanghai. Most people cut the cruise short and get out of Wuhan, but I think the whole trip is even nicer, especially the Yellow Mountain excursion. I have visited Yellow Stone and Yosemite, but none can compare with Yellow Mountain, you just have to see it yourself. I have visited Nanjing many times, but this Nanjing stop is still enjoyable.
Our Wuhan stop was only half day, if your cruise ends Wuhan, you can spend 2-3 extra days there.
Once you are in Shanghai, I would suggest that you visit Hangzhou and Suzhou.

Shanghai, then Chongqing, passing three gorges to Wuhan, and Nanjing. In Yangtze Delta, there are two most beautiful cities: Suzhou and Hangzhou.

there are quite a few to choose from, I think the best way is to check out as many tour packages as possible, find some people that have gone before and read their reviews
