Well Don, in my opinion...I believe that God does not mess up our lives, it is the humans in our lives, and ourselves that create the mess for God to clean up. God is loving and benevolent and would never do anything to harm anyone. It is in the human element to be imperfect and that creates options for things to go wrong. Also sometimes our decision making abilities are not what they should be, and we don't use the heart to choose...then we make huge mistakes....God is the one cheering us on, helping us when we are down, creating order where we are chaotic.
I truly hope that in your heart you are hearing my words.
It is not your fault.

wow- this question is hard to believe. It is not God that has messed up, it is us, my friend. We ALL sin and fall short of His glory- Jesus is the perfect sacrifice for our sin. I cannot believe that you think we are even capable of being good apart from Him. What can you honestly say you have done to clean up the mess? Nothing- because no matter how good you think you may be, God is perfect, you and I are not. In other words, stop blaming God and look within- I do , and when I do I realize how unholy I am- I am so thankful for Jesus or I would have no hope.

What makes you think that God messed up? God's perfect; we're not! It's people like you that think it's all God's fault, taking the blame away from where it has originated---Humans! It's easier that way, to blame someone else; isn't it. God has a plan: Let man continue on his way claiming they don't need God and eventually they will prove themselves wrong. Is there peace, real peace on Earth? No. Have all diseases been cured? No. Do people still die? Yes. Are people happy? No. I for one wants to know when God will step in.

Its the false image God which you are cleaning and washing but not the true living God who is in heaven.
