It doesn't matter what you say to these non believers on here they will always come up with excuses. The only thing that matters, is you know there is God that helps you when you need him. I'm glad to hear your alright

Personal anecdotes, especially over the Internet, don't do it for me either. A photo of a mangled car? Is that the best you can do? JGoggle, when they're given over the Internet by a biased source who doesn't know exactly what happened to her, no, anecdotal evidence doesn't count.
Also, if your story is utterly and completely true, that isn't proof of god either. It could be one of any type of supernatural being that coul have healed you. If you're going to believe in god, you should also support the theory that some healer with magical powers came into your ward and healed you without your knowledge. Even if this is true, it doesn't prove the existence of your personal god.
Incidentally, there are many, many people who survive horrific car crashes, depending on the make of the car. The fact that people never use this to try and prove the existence of their personal gods should tell you something. I once knew this Hindu fellow who claimed that his prayers helped prevent a plane with one damaged engine (the other destroyed) from crashing. Top that.

Because something cannot be explained does not mean that God is the automatic explanation in such cases. And even if you want to use God to explain something that you cannot explain otherwise, then why not 2 or 3 or 4 gods? If God is your explanation for anything you don't understand, why just the one? I don't see how one God would make more sense than two or three or fifteen gods? Seems to me you have an event in which you were extremely lucky, and if you want to thank God for that, by all means go ahead. I probably would if I were you. However, that doesn't convince me. What about all the good people that get in car accidents and die, become paralyzed, severely burned, etc? Why did God help you but not them?

You know what I call luck? I call luck when I don't get in car accident at all! If God wanted to save you he could have avoided the whole car accident entirely. Why put you through three months of no movement, head damage in the hospital? Were you not a believer already before the car accident? So what was the purpose of the whole thing? That's how you think God shows people he exists? Not very creative, if you ask me.

Inspirational but not proof or evidence. You say that you shouldn't be alive but many people have survived in many similar or worse situations, and by the same token died unexpectedly from the least damage. The point is, if we would need to reproduce the accident exactly over and over, and look at the results - if it was a miracle then in every trial the driver would die, however, I suspect that a consistent modle would always show that the driver would survive with injuries.

So you are saying you have proved that there is a god powerful enough to heal your body very slowly and not completely if you still get headaches etc (in much the same way as it would naturally,) but not the power to:
a)heal you instantly or
b)stop your car from crashing in the first place.
Sounds like you god is either not particularly powerful, or just enjoys watching you suffer in pain for months on end.
Of course there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for your healing that doesn’t require god.
Doctors.
I tell you what , next time you get in an horrific car crash and are about to die why not refuse all medical treatement if you think god is going to save you? then the doctors can spend their time on someone who will be grateful for their help.
EDIT: you say you are almost fully healed but what about your constant hip pain you mention in another question?
Or maybe God just enjoys watching you suffer in pain all the time.

So, what you're telling me is that God protected you in your car accident. This is the sort of thing God does, then.
How often does this happen?
In every car accident?
Or were you particularly singled out by God to be protected?
Are there any more earthly explanations for the drivers' seat not being, as you put it, "demoloshed" (sic)?
Fascinating story and I'm glad you're well, but not really proof, dear.
By the way, can't God do something about the whiplash?

How do you know that it was the Judeo-Christian God, as discussed in the bible, that healed you? Did he appear and tell you it was him? You have no more reason to believe that God is responsible than you do to believe that it was a magic wizard that snuck into your hotel room and sprinkled some dragon scales on your bed, which magically healed you. Or that it was a super genius dog that is the best doctor in the world that snuck into your hospital room and healed you while no one was looking. because if they had been looking, he would have been chased away because he's a dog.

No offense but it has been said many time before stories and witnessing does not count. If god could help you out why can't he help everyone that needs help the most? The only real proof that god does exist is with in and from this deity itself not word of mouth through story telling of any form.
I just can't find it fair that god would select his favorites to keep from death while there have been others who never gotten the chance to live with the basic necessities. If that is in fact proof of your dog (spelling god backwards) exists then it goes to show the he doesn't really care about people. He will make a few "miracles" happen so he get the praise he supposedly deserves. I'm willing to bet that his die hard fans do not get selected to be saved by him. Yet they go around praising him making it quite unbearable for others to even live their lives without some smuck preaching without a shred of hidden hate of "you the all going to hell" "no morals because you're not christian" blah blah.
Don't get me wrong it's great you managed to live and beat the odds of dying from a car accident, but, what makes you think sharing a story that normally happens in any part of the world where cars are made and driven is proof that dog(god) exists?

Well, do all of the car crashes that ended in a fatality prove that god doesn't exist?
80,000 people die each year in automobiles in the United States, regardless of religious affiliation. Only airbags and seat beats seem to consistently reduce fatalities.
You made sure to mention your accident on this board because it felt like a miracle; it stood out...against all of the accidents that did not end so well. I'm glad you're in good health, but I don't think it was divine.
Proof of god would need to be a god itself.

That's no proof , that's really dumb actually. Healing is a natural process. I had a motorcycle accident once and survive does that means God exist? What about the millions of people that dint live? Or what about the millions of people that HAVE died in car accidents? Don't be weak minded.
