Yes, just go to the courthouse and get your papers signed. Then have a wedding with no mention of religion and make sure you have plenty of good food and drinks at your reception. The key to any good wedding is a reception, and the key to any great and memorable reception is food, drink, and music, in that order :)

Judges, district justices, and mayors perform civil ceremonies on a regular basis. A Civil Ceremony is defined as a ceremony without religion or philosophy. And there are some ministers/rabbis who will perform a "civil" ceremony (you must request it).
If you are seeking an officiant to conduct a "non-religious" wedding ceremony go to gatheringguide.com or the American Association of Wedding Officiants/AAWO. You can even put in a request for an officiant at the AAWO website. You will need to give the time, date, and location of your wedding plus your specific need (a non-religious ceremony).

Sure, have a civil ceremony. This is just a celebrant (can hire them from the yellow pages or wedding sites often have them advertised) to marry you in the location of you choice. You might like a park, a beach, a garden, a backyard, a mountain top, lake, gazebo etc. The best part with this is if you want you can write the entire ceremony so you know exactly what is going to be said and can make it more personal.

In the US it seems you can go to the courthouse and get married, in the UK you go to the local registry office or licensed premises (some hotels and stately homes have licenses to conduct civil weddings) and you can marry legally there without any religion involved. I got married on the 1st September at islington registry office, we had our own music and no religious connotations in the vows, it was exactly as we wanted it. As we are not religious it would have been hypocritical of us to marry in a church.

you dont even need a judge to do the ceremony... a good friend could do it... they just need to get certified by the state. It is usually easier to just have a judge do it though. It doesnt have to be at the courthouse either, try a backyard wedding or beach. or if you want to go more formal you could have it in a nice hotel

Most certainly is. My wife and I married just this May 20 and it was a very non religious ceremony. We had a commissionaire marry us and wrote our own vows. Although there was no mention of God and/or religion there was a calming serentity to the ceremony and everyone could certainly feel the spiritual aspect of it as there was love felt throughout the hall.

Yes! Forget about the court house and go and marry in a nice park, backyard, near water etc with a marriage celebrant and write your own vows so the wording is personal not religious.

Of course!!! And you don't have to go to just the court house to do it. The person you need to marry you will be from the court house, but you can have it outside, in a hall, or at a home!
