I am gettin a tattoo on Thursday on the top of my foot.... I have heard this is the MOST painful place.... It is my first one, is it REALLY that bad??

i have had both of the tops of my feet tattooed and i think that they are by far the most painful but there is a lot of my body that isn't tattooed so i can't speak from experience of having my whole body tattooed.
HOWEVER do know that you can't wear shoes for two full weeks after getting your feet tattooed. you can only wear flip flops, no socks either. many people get foot tattoos without considering this before and end up with a tattoo that heals poorly and looks bad afterward. healing is a really important part of getting a tattoo.

Childrens names on the left back shoulder blade area, Melanie on the right back shoulder blade. Old English lettering is a nice style surrounded (with room for addition on the left) with old English ivy and or any other vegetation that appeals to you. The Tatt people will draw something up special just with this rudimentary idea to start with, a good tatt parlor is usually pretty creative with just an idea of what you want.

no the only time it hurts BAD is when the needle goes over bone.
So I wouldn't say it's as bad as a spinal tattoo, but depending on YOUR foot anatomy, and the position of the tatt it won't be too bad

Dont worry it wont hurt that much when i had mine done I think of the funniest thing that happen to me or I saw and a nice hunk muscle man guy with abs.

Nope it didn't hurt that bad. I have one of my right foot and I mean it hurt a little but not unbearable!

my sister and i got our tatts together and she got one on her left foot, which didn't hurt at all (she said it tickles)....i was in pain cuz i had mine done on my neck right above my spinal cord...ouch! so you should be ok...!

no they dont hurt at all its like nothing and bythe time they are done with the outlining your numb so you dont feel anything get it. it will be worth it =]
