It all depends on what yardstick you use. German , Chinese and Turkish are commonly considered some of the most "logical" languages in the world. Spanish and Italian the most "melodious," French gets credit for being "lyrical" and "precise" while English gets credit for being the most "expressive" and perhaps, the best suited for business purposes.

However, rightly or wrongly, these are basically just lay people's opinions. Linguists, once you get to know them, have a very different world view of all this and most would tell you that there's no such thing as "the most complete" or "developed language." That all languages satisfy their speaking communities equally well.

As the oldest language is Arabic, so the most developed language is Arabic.

On old Portuguese man told me that Portuguese was. (Strange, huh?)

But he did back it up by saying that it has evolved to have words for exact meanings that English does not have. I do not speak it so I couldn't tell you if it was true or not.
