depends on the crime, in some situations hell yes.

Depends on the circumstances. Kids make dumb mistakes. If a kid is sitting in the getaway car while the crime is taking place, and he's just the driver, then he should serve time as a juvenile for accessory. An adult presumably should be smarter than that and gets full sentence.

If a kid thinks the Uzi he robbed from somebody's house is really cool and he wants to see if it's as deadly as it looks on TV, so he wipes out Mom, Dad, the two kids, along with a couple people walking down the street, that's not just a bad judgement, and he needs to be permanently removed from society. That requires adult trial and sentencing.

In agreement with Sue. Depends on the crime. However, there are some crimes that I feel they should be tried as adults. As a teenager we do stupid things, but we still know right from wrong. Unless you are retarded.

I think it would depend on the crime. However, I don't think it should be as long ,so basically the answer is no.,
