Yes, especially the crunchy kind. After I had major surgery, my doctor recommended drinking a soy protein drink at least once a day to promote healing and faster recovery. I used a swiss chocolate variety, then added some peanut butter and a banana to make a very good smoothie. I enjoy putting a "gob" of peanut butter on each bite of a banana.
