I know everyone who reads will just say I'm not trying. I cannot loose weight I do very well on eating right in the beginng for a day or so then I feel like a mad woman. I eat and eat, it's like my mind is not even my own. After I eat so much I feel horrible and it's to late. Sometimes I don't even realize I did it. I don't make myself throw or anything. I feel so out of control, I am 200 pounds now. I am a very strong person I thought. Anyone else have a problem like this with some advice for me. I have tried diet pills didn't work. Thank-you for any help at all.

Dont waste money and hopes on diet pills.
I think your problem is that you cant commit...
You have to eat healthy and enough in the first part of the day to avoid binge eating later on - thats how our bodies work.
Make sure you eat 5-6 small meals a day and count calories. Start writing food diary and you will see and control what you have ate and what else you can eat that day.
Also you might be eating too little - if you weight over 150lbs you should never go lower than 1500cal/day.
You also have to exercise - cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and light weight training a few times a week.

You need to exercise as well as diet. Drink nothing but water (soda is actually one of the main culprits in weight gain). When you eat, try to stick to veggies or fruits, they are low in calories and you can fill yourself up and not be sad :). Just don't neglect the basic necessities of the body. The body does need some protein and carbs, so don't cut out meat and bread and such. Stick to lean meat (chicken is good, but without the skin) and some bread or pasta here and there can't hurt. Exercising is definetly a must, though. Good Luck!

You have an eating disorder, but you knew that already. Diet and exercise is the only way to get where you want/need to be, and you have to make it happen from within. It's about willpower. If you want to, you will; if not, you won't. Period. . . .

Cut out junk food and deep fried foods
Eat mostly meat, fruit and veggies
Stay away from sugars and carbs

GO ON A DIET HUNNY...HERE'S WHAT I ATE AND LOST 15 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS!! COTTAGE CHEESE YOGURT , CEREAL .. OATMEAL (NO SUGAR) AND MEAT WITH VEGGIES FOR DINNER OH YEA DRINK WATER ALL DAY TRSUT ME AND THAT'S THAT LOL YOU'LL BRUN OFF THE FAT IN NO TIME =]
