7z Zip, but for files like ISO you need WinRAR.

Zipgenius is the best FREE file compressor. WinZip isn't really free.

Not seen a FREE one that does all. WinRAR is a great program, but not free per say, although I've never paid for it, and just ignore the nag screen on it
