Does Allah eat the goat? Who gets the goat after it's "wasted?" If somebody else gets to eat it, how is that supposed to please Allah?

No, it won't..It's kinda complicated to explain, but sacrificing goats is definitely not the answer..Sacrificing goats are for certain occasions for certain purposes (which is definitely not to appease Allah) , but definitely it's not to appease Allah as Allah does not need to be appeased by sacrificing living things, not like gods depicted in other religion or beliefs where sacrificing an animal or human appeases the god..
Sorry if this doesnt sound complete or anything to some (esp to fellow Muslims & Muslimahs), this is my best explanation I could give..
