If one succeeds in committing suicide, then one was successful in killing oneself. Therefore, a near death experience could not be achieved if a body is already expired. A near death experience occurs when a body is on the brink of death and not after death.

Just so you know, if someone commited suicide then they are dead, but if they attempeted it, then they are still alive.
I attempted suicide a few years ago, I took a bunch of pills and planed on driving my car into the river.
I wasnt able to get my car started, so I was just sitting their bleeding when my parents pulled up and rushed me to the hospital.
After I had my stomach pumped I asked them how they knew, and they said my friend's mom called them and told them she had a bad feeling about me and to go to the river.
If they hadnt got there would of died.

A more, precise wording for your question need be, "Have you ever, ATTEMPTED suicide and had a near-death experience"... My honest answer is "no" but I know people who have.

Well I believe once you've "committed" the act, you can no longer tell your tale.
