I am wanting to do a presentation in my safety class on railroad accidents. does anyone know of any sites that I can get statistics on railroad accidents or any other information I can share with the class. I live in Texas, so any info in texas would be great. Please list the site so I can go look at it myself. If you cant find anything on texas another state will do. thanks

If you visit the FRA's (Federal Railroad Administration) website you should be able to find this information as well the Operation Lifesaver organization. Their websites are listed below.

How can you say that you are tired of the BS when you don't carry insurance either? It's like the pot calling the kettle black. Just go back to court and persue it. but I would be careful If I where you, you keep driving without insurance you are going to be in the same boat that he is, the damage might even be more. Oh and if you have the insurance info, then just call them and leave him out of it, unless the insurance proves false then like i said earlier take him back to court.
