how can i get permanty residenty in the philipinnes because i am married to one filipina and retired.

Get a Special Resident Retiree Visa (SRRV). You need to make an investment in a minimum amount of US$50,000.00, and comply with other requirements. In return, you get privileges such as the right to reside in the Philippines permanently and multiple entry.

I have attached a link that will lead you to the website of the Philippine Retirement Authority, and which discusses the SRRV at length. Let me know if the information is not sufficient, and I will see what else I can tell you.

And yes, although many offficials in our system are rotten and can be bribed, there are many more whom you can trust to do their jobs honestly.

Apply at the Immigration Office for your residency status and justify it with valid reasons.

shouldnt be dificult if you have a little money. Bribe an official. although, you'll never be able to own land, unless you become a citizen.
