I've seen samples of the language and it's not hard to read. However, in order to understand it, you have to know a language in the Indo-European group. People who only know languages that are not a part of that group, such as Finnish, Hungarian, or Turkish, will find it difficult. Another problem with it is that it is an artificial language so its vocabulary is quite restricting. That is, people who are speaking it often will borrow terms from their native language or invent slang words in order to better convey what they mean.

never heard of it. i doubt there will ever be a spoken universal language.
