It is like this:

ka - ere - i (pronounced as e) - ese - te - eh - ene

O.K. dear Spanish does not use the letter ' K' except in foreign words or if the 'K' sound 'is needed at the end of a word and a' C' or'Qu' will not do it. Examples -Irak and mosk--
I would spell Kristen--Cristen or if a girl Cristina.And of course in Spanish you would not use the upside down --E--like in English---The but rather like in English --Pen.

If you want to go all the way Spanish with your name, make it Cristina.
