I'm 15, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place around Syracuse, NY that I'd be able to get a tattoo with parental consent?

sorry, tattoos are illegal to do on anyone under the age of 18 - if you managed to find one, i'd be incredibly dubious (they'd be breaking the law, which would indicate that they're probably poor with substandard practices), you'll have to wait

dude it's cool ur thinking about getting inked but i think you should keep thinking of ideas and if you've found a good one that you truly have kept up liking it for more than a yr or 2 and haven't gotten tired of it then that would be your gift for graduation. My friends had hers when we were 14 and I thought it never looked cool now she covered it up but it was hard because she got a big one, Hope this helped!
