But no girls seem to be interested with me and go for the jocks and boys who just want a girlfriend for social status.I don't know if it's something I do or what,but what can I do to get a girl I like to actually give me the time of day.

I'd suggest continue being your true self. Soon enough someone is going to like what they see, a real guy, and get an interest in you. But if you try and pretend to be someone or something other than what and who you are it will show through. Good luck.

You know.. your situation seems to happen a lot with guys like yourself. Wait for the girl that is going to actually value you. Don't go for just anyone because you seem like a guy that can offer a girl a lot. Don't rush, take it slow and focus on your life goals first. Your girl will come.
I am my boyfriend's first girlfriend and he's the most amazing guy I've ever met. He's not the typical "bad boy." Many girls these days are attracted to that but do you really want to have just anyone? Be careful with your heart. Wait for someone that you can trust and that trusts and respects you too and no matter what, that likes and loves you for who you are.
That's the best advice I can personally give you.

Wow I wish I could meet a guy like you. Some girls go for guys bc they want to be popular. They want a good guy, but they tend to go for the wrong ones.
