I need to know to install the EL languages because I want to play Thailand MapleStory, and it requires me to install the Thailand language on my computer. You have to do the same thing to play Japan Maplestory. So how do you install the EL languages?

Wrong answer from you.

Here is the correct answer:
First you have to tell a little more. You want that the whole Windows XP (WXP) including all Menus is in the Eastern Language (EL)? Or you want that you can write in some programs with EL? That is a big difference.

There exist for the most EL so-called language packs. This language packs change the whole WXP including the Uni-Codes for EL. You see then the full WXP in EL; but can have the problem that you see in some programs in the menus only something like "?XC??ÜMO". That means that this program does not support Uni-Codes.

If you want be only able to type in the EL language in word then just go to regional codes and there load the correct keyboard settings. That is already enough in WXP. It will change even the behaviour of the keyboard, in case your EL must type sometimes a character in front of the already existing Character.

If you have more problems then contact me direct and tell me the EL that you use. I can help you for sure. I have on my PC Thai installed and it works perfect. I installed in the Internetshop of a friend on one PC japanese, chinese, hebrew and arabic for international customers. This works perfect, even some languages are going from right to left.
But we use as WXP menus always english.
