what else should? im using a washcloth...should i use somehtng else or a whole differnt thing other then rubbing alcolhol????!

like from products? that's stuff's a pain in the ***.

i usually [haha as insane as it is] get like. a screwdriver or something sharp and scrape it off with that. rubbing alcohol doesn't really work, and neither does something as soft as a cloth.


try to clean your flat iron weekly so it doesn't build up so much.

Use Goo Gone and then wipe with a clean wet towel until there is none left.

Try heating your straightner and rub with a rung out wash cloth.

Please be very careful not to burn yourself, this has always worked for me but it has to be hot when done.
