Two years in general is not big at all, however the difference between 16 and 18 is a big difference because at eighteen you have become an adult. You are expected to either be working full time or in college. You are now suppose to be more responsible.
At sixteen he is still in highschool, with a couple of years left...just getting his driver's license.
IDK, to me age doesn't matter for those over 18, but really...the difference between highschool age and college age is HUGE.

there's nothing weird about it. Love has no boundaries. maybe you feel weird at this time... but when u reach the age after 30's, u will realise that there are a lot of women out there who prefers to date with younger men. Go ahead! there's nothing wrong in doing so.

No, lots of girls date older guys. And he's only just a year or more older than you. Just make sure that whatever you two do together, it's on your terms. 18 yr old guys can get pretty crazy. Don't let him push you into anything you're not ready for.

No, if you like him that's totally okay. Just don't be sneaking around behind his parents back after you turn 18 or even before because if you do than they might be thinking it's something totally different.

When you are 24 and he is 22, it wont be that big of a deal.
It still isnt a big deal right now.

Nothing is wrong with your relationship. As long as he is mature and the relationship is what you want it to be. Age is nothing but a number.
