Non-consensual sex is rape. If you were awake and alert and told your boyfriend to stop, and he didn't, then that would be rape for sure. If you were drunk and unable to make the rational decision to not have sex, and he forced it on you, that might also be rape. In the same vein, if you were asleep or passed out and could not voice your consent, that most likely could also be considered rape.
If you really feel you were violated, you should talk to someone you trust and probably think very seriously about contacting the police. Also a lawyer might be able to help you decide what you should do.

well it depends on how you look at it. Think about it if you were awake and he asked you to have sex with him would you have said yes or no? if no whether you were asleep or awake then yea id consider that rape because its against your will and not what you wanted. Whether you were awake or not. And if you also consider it rape then i think you shouldnt stay with this person any longer, i know its not my place to say this but he may do something worse in the future. Hope i helped:]

Any non-consensual sex is rape, a husband can rape his wife, a boyfriend can rape his girlfriend, a girlfriend can rape her boyfriend, etc etc.. No means no..

That's an old argument and it's bogus. Rape is rape. He doesn't respect you. Risk being alone.

Literally some people don't consider it rape. But if he forces you to do and you didn't want to do it, then it would be considered rape.. it just depends if you were comfortable with situation...
