Assuming you're on Windows:

You COULD use the basic disk defrag program that comes with your computer, but it's quite inefficient and slow. Try "Auslogic Disk Defrag". It is very fast, user-friendly, and best of all, FREE.

It also displays nice statistics afterward, such as the percentage of speed gained from running the program.

Windows has its own built-in defragmenter program. It's under Programs, Accessories, System Tools. Do it in Safe Mode for a good defrag.
