No of course not, you are not going to hell just because you wear an earing. It is a fashion for girls and some for boys who wear it. God bless!!

Some religious denominations of Christianity teach that women cannot wear jewelery; nor are they allowed to cut their hair or wear any clothing other than dresses. This however is not the truth of the scriptures. The verses that they use to defend this absurd belief are grossly misinterpreted.

Sorry, hell is a myth. If it wasn't a myth, you wouldn't go there for wearing earings, nor would the earings cause you to comit worse sins.
