no i dont think so technically, its not to crusty from an art point of view - tree head issues etc dont do much for it
two things
1. highlights are flaired on the face - not a good look
2. no texture in the shadows - the hair for example
as for Photoshop you will get good answers from others, my angle is always get it right in the camera (in that case a manual reading/setting of exposure would have nailed the image) - proberly sounds like photogeek talk to you?

NO! First you have him falling out of the photo, second the tree growing out of his head doesn't help either. There is not much you can do with this photo, but if you are trying to be a good photographer, them keep working at it and maybe take some classes on photography.
For the thumbs down I receive for the above comment.. a good photographer judge could find more things wrong with this photo than you would ever think of.

The colors are good. I like the image. The only thing is that the main focus, as in not blurry, is the ear and I wish it was the face that were sharper.

Not very good, exposure problems and compositionally challanged , which others have pointed out. I just want to add, you look like a young Elvis. (I do NOT mean that as an insult!)
