Ok, so my husband has been a nurses assistant for 3+ years and has his Associate of Science degree. We have a 3 year old and a baby due in less than 2 months. He has so much pressure on him to find a better paying job! Not to mention he hates his current job. What do you recommend???

I recommend he do his own career change / job search .
Usually a working person finds it offensive when the not working person gets pushy about $$$$ and changing jobs .
If he wants to change , he'll do the looking .
You should be figuring out how to manage the house budget to Not waste $$$$ , like buying cloth diapers and cooking from scratch instead of ordering out or buying food already prepared .

Why doesn't he try becoming a Registered Nurse (RN)? I don't know what they pay around your area but here in California they make about $40 an hour.
