Photoshop or others?

Is there anything thats like photoshop but i can get for my computer to make a quick collage of pictures?
Please, nothing I have to buy, just something like paint, but where i can open more than one picture to put them together.

Do a search for the Gimp. It is very similar to photoshop but is free.

Paint.NET is similar to Photoshop, has a lot of effects and it's free. You can download it here:
