How does one get a birth certificate amended for a child born in Germany to military parents?

Paternity was not established until in the U.S. ALL legal forms given at time of birth have "N/A" for fathers name. I want to get the fathers name on birth certificate and other legal forms.

contact the hospital you had the child born in. it all starts there i had my child on a military hospital and they messed up her birth certificate you have to start there
