Some people just don't care for the truth. They want to live a lie instead! Which is so sad! Jesus and heaven are real satan and hell are real. When you die you will go one or the other! It all depends how you live your life. Where you will end up. If you accept Jesus as your Savior and live for Jesus. You will go too heaven! If you don't accept Jesus and do wicked things then unless you get saved before you die. You will end up in hell. There is only heaven and hell! Jesus and satan! Jesus loves! satan hates! Jesus is the only way too heaven! Without Him there is only hell. Need to face the facts! I am going to tell the truth! I will not tell people anything they want to hear so they want get up set. That would be lieing if I did that. I am the kindof person that will tell the truth no matter what. Its a sin to lie!!! I only tell the truth! You can accept it or not. Thats all up too you! Thats why I pray for the lost souls out there. They need Jesus Christ in there life!

The anwer to your question is found in the Bible. Zec 7:12 Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts. Stone heartedness is a sign that a person has rejected the Truth of the Word of God. Th Bible goes beyond just identifying the problem it gives a cure...Eze 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. And there you have the problem outlined and the solution pointed out. The question that remains is this, "When will the sinners listen, and repent, and be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ so that they may recieve forgiveness of their sins?

I don't believe you lie. To lie is to intentionally deceive. I don't think you are doing that.

You are stating what you believe though, rather than fact. The problem is that you yourself have been taught to accept faith as truth. Faith is the belief in things unproved; much like a child has faith in Santa or the Tooth fairy. They have no proof, but their parents reinforce the belief by planting "evidence" in the form of gifts, or money under a pillow.

Christianity offers the Bible as evidence. There is NO other evidence for Christians other than the testimony of those who presumably started the church.

If you wish to believe these stories, that's fine. That is what freedom of religion is about. I cannot prove the stories untrue. The problem is that many people don't understand the difference between belief and fact.

A fact is something that has been established; it can be supported with evidence. A belief may not have evidence. It is usually accepted without evidence.

Hard-headed is the person who refuses to modify their position in the face of actual contrary evidence. Such people are those who maintain that evolution is a farce; that the world is only 6000 years old.

Decide if hard-headed applies to you. Do you believe what preachers tell you. without examining evidence for yourself? Do you listen to rationalizations rather than study for yourself?

It is not hard-headed to start from a position that states "I will believe that which may be proved." That is what Descartes did, which lead to the premise "I think, therefore I am."

I don't know of any people, especially atheists, who presented with bona fide evidence of God who would continue to refuse to believe. On the other hand, I know many Christians, who when presented with evidence of an old Earth, or Evolution, continue to accept as factual, the Biblical account of Evolution.

Which seems more hard-headed to you?

One person's truth is not another's. Your subjective is not the objective. You disapprove of giving proof, why is that? Are you scared of evidence? Are you scared of the randomness of the universe that you need to anthropomorphise it and pretend it's all designed by a jealous, vindictive god who gives permission to kill people (old testament)? Truth is subjective to the individual, whatever it is. Any why is it that Christians seem to hate the life they live? They are always looking to whatever lies beyond. You didn't exist before you were born, you won't after you die. Reconcile that, and I deem you evolved!
If I wanted to face any facts, I would do plausible research first, test variables and record progress, tell of evidence and share my results instead of babbling fiction. It's 2007. Please stop the idiocy.

People are hardheaded because the skull is composed of a series of flattened or irregular bones which are immovably jointed together (with the exception of the mandible). This is fortunate for humans since the cranium protects the brain.

I could never live an evil life and then repent at the last minute just so that I could be "saved". I am too moral for that. Besides if Jesus "loves" why would he send someone who has lived a moral life to Hell simply because they didn't believe in Him?

God has hardened the hearts of many as he did Pharaoh. It's unfortunate to say the least it's depressing really. The people who answered serve only to prove you point. They mistake us for hateful intolerant arrogant people. The thing is very few are like this. I like how someone said if you want to convince people you are right you must respect there beliefs as if they may be right. This to me is an oxymoron how can one convince someone your belief is right if you don't convince them they are wrong. I feel your frustration I do.

I totally agree with you my father is an athius and that makes me sad that if I go to heaven that I won't be with him

For all those people who think that Jesus Christ and God and the Holy Spirit aren't real

How do you think that everything came into existance? Something had to create it

There had to be a chicken before there waws an egg a divine power that sees everything perfectly

How do you think every star every mountain every tree every cell every atom every universe are working cohesively together?
Something, someforce had to see it in his mind and create it through his image, through his likeness we are his people and I will always love him with all my heart

Edit: OH and by the way since you people seem to have no interest in what she or he (not sure) has to say you are proving her point

At one point I thought maybe they are right and I got into and I realized how do you guys even know what people say are true or accurate either I want one person please just to tell me that they have cold hard facts that the universe was created by the "big bang" I admit that being a Christian I do the same thing but the thing is that is what life is about having faith in things

When people say oh how if God loves you why he sends you to hell

Well take for example what if you do something and your mother repromands you and you keep doing the same thing over and over again

You are going to get punished... right?

Well, this is the same thing God loves us but he can't have us go around with their not being consequences for our actions then the world would be in major chaos if that is the case

I really hear what you guys are saying and I'm listening maybe you guys should do the reciprocal

Oh my.

Aren't you a tied up in a knot. Loosen up a bit. Saying that those of us who haven't or won't accept Jesus will be going to hell is pretty harsh. Of course, we don't believe in your ranting but nonetheless, if we did you would be coming right along with us as you're judging us. It's a sin to judge. You're not god are you? I thought not.

You keep throwing this 'fact' word around. Can you back up your facts with proof? Oh, yes.. sorry.. you have faith. That trumps fact every time. Yeah, I'm sorry.. I forgot about that. Faith is to believe in lieu of proof. That means believing in the Tooth Fairy is acceptable, just as it is a Flying Spaghetti Monster.. I don't need proof to say they exist. And who would you be to say I was wrong? After all, I have my trusty faith with me. Right here, in my faith sheath.. See?

I've accepted my fate with the FSM.. Alongside Fred the pink wundercorn (he prefers that to unicorn), the invisible dragon, the Pirates of Yarr and all of my friends I am here to say.. RAmen.

I don't think you understand. Hold on.

Edit:Okay what I mean by that is I don't think you understand that people don't believe like you. I use to be a Christian and I know where your coming from. I know you have good intentions but a lot of people don't believe in it and the fear of hell doesn't scare us because we don't believe it exists. Perhaps you could try being a good example and maybe people might start looking into Christianity. Religion is a personal choice and should not be made out of fear but out of love and because they desire that religion. What I mean by that is it's something they can follow without attaching the fear factor. Email me if you wish to talk to me or just respond on this question.

Sorry, sweetie... it's you who is hardheaded. In order to call something "truth," you need proof that it is, indeed, truth. With Christianity (and any other religion, for that matter), you cannot prove what you are saying is historically or factually accurate.

You can have your own "truth," but you cannot have your own facts.
