a-theist = not theistic

I don't consider the name either good or bad. I think the position of non-belief is a positive one.

Depends on who you ask. To a Atheist,Agnostist or Pagan they have a good name.

To a Christian, Jew, Muslim, or Buddhist they are not good.

So it will depend on which side of the fence you stand on really, same as are you a Mets or Yankees fan.
