Start/run msconfig will get you to the startup config screen. I prefer startup inspector, it's free and provides much more info about what each thing does. I only allow my anti-virus to start with my pc. I get superfast boots that way.

Go to start>run> type in msconfig
Then u can go to the startup and select/deselect programs u dont want to startup on bootup. But becareful, dont deslect anyhitng u dont noe about
