I want to pay off some major credit card debt and I have seen advertisements on TV before and never bothered to write them down.

Any good suggestions websites that will work with a person in helping me pay them off.

Thanks.

Do not waste your money. Save the money you'll pay in fees to pay off your bills. You can do it yourself.

Ive been repairing my credit for two years now and have almost perfect credit. Use this website to educate yourself.

While some of those advertisement could help you with a debt consilidation, the BEST lenders are banks and credit unions in your local area.

Find a good, established bank officer who has helped others to lower their cc debt either with sound advice and/or debt consilidation lending.

Generally, you don't have to have an account with the institution to speak with a Bank Officer.

It's your best bet.

Hope this helps,

Do it yourself if possible. There are company's that promise everything--then run with your money, leaving you a bigger mess.
Make all payments on time! Pay down one card at a time with any extra money that you can spare. Then do the next card the same way.
Quit charging. Later, after everything is paid off, charge only what you can pay when the statement comes in.
