Yes, it's like demonstrating your powers in reverse.....First i will pick up a car......ooooohhhh

Now i shall pick up a barbell.......ooohhhh

Now....a small pebble

Why do god's feats become less and less as time goes on.....?

because the closer you get to recent history the more you have a burden of proof.....

Adam the original man was created perfect without sin. Jesus had to come as a man to fulfil God's plan of the Criteria of The Blood, which He established with Noah in Genesis 9:5-6.
Check out The Criteria of The Blood article under Teaching at www.fatherandsonministry.net for a very full answer to your question.

He could have created Jesus out of thin air. Nothing is impossible with God. The reason I think He did it was so that Jesus would be seen as a man. As one who had parents, grew up, and lived a life like ours. It makes it easier for us to understand Jesus than if God had created Him from thin air.

possibly to offer Jesus human chromosomes and to adventure each and all the necessities of existence as a human from what we catholics call from womb to tomb! Oh by using how Jesus continuously existed before Mary by using fact the Son not as a human!

these people are nuts (no offense meant - note the irony)...so god did that to fulfil a prophecy??? god subjected to the rules of a prophecy he himself created...that is like saying: i make a prophecy, tomorrow 20 people are gonna be killed and in order to fulfil the prophecy i go and kill20 people...pretty logical?
and why jesus had to be half human and half divine???
if god is almighty he could have created a 50/50 jesus without using anyone...
what about this? jesus was never son of any god just a rebel later on religious people used his image and gave him divine qualities

Listen, divinity and the most high is within us all. This whole Jesus story is fake and if you actually have read it, understand it, and believe it you are crazy.

Then Jesus would not have shared in the total human experience.

Hebrew 2:17-18
17For this reason he had to be made like his brothers in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. 18Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

Spoken4 and Paulo are the combined correct answer but spoken for is more right. The messiah had to come from the line of David and by extention Abraham. This is what seperates him from someone like Mohamad.

when Adam sinned the world became tainted everything about it was sin, so that is why God could not create Jesus from the earth, he had to redeem man from sin so instead he spoke/sent his incorruptable (sinless) word (which is he seed which also created all things) Mary received it and Jesus (the word of God) formed inside of Her.

Mooney,
GOD's Covenant with Abraham is the biggest reason. It is the reason for all of the Messianic Prophesies and they were ALL fulfilled in CHRIST JESUS. Have a wonderful evening and a glorious week.
Thanks,
