I toast a handful of raw almonds in the toaster oven for 5 min and munch on them when they cool off. I also find babycut carrots addicting (no dip either!)

I'm NOT a health nut, that's what's scary!
I DO like chocolate in any form, but usually it dries out my mouth. What is it about babycut carrots?

Sunflower seeds. Even though after awhile they make my lips chapped. And popcorn, but not the microwave kind, the kind you have to pop in a machine or pan.

Carrots are good as is a handful of peanuts, if I have to roast anything it is no longer a snack. PS yogurt smoothies are good to!

I like trail mix, because I don't eat it at other times.
If I have time, I cut up tomatoes with green olives, yellow pepper strips and provolone cheese cubes and have them with pita chips.
