If you look a bit closer, you'll find that the great majority of the people named in the gospel are related to each other in some way.

Back then nearly everyone was related,what,s odd about that
and womwn can get pregant at the same time many do,the angel came to them both because they believed in God.

Well, I'd bite except I had a cousin who was preggers the same time as I was. It *IS* possible. Then of course, JTB was integral to the story of Jesus, which is why he was mentioned.
So, I don't believe conspiracy this time.
