I do not know what Greek Orthodox christians believe so I can not comment on their beliefs, only my own.
As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I believe in and serve Jehovah as my creator and the sovereign of the universe. Jesus Christ is the son of God and my Lord and savior. He is the head of the Christian congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

The differences between Jehovah's Witnesses and Orthodox Christianity are the same as the differences between them and other parts of Christianity. I have supplied below a link to a wikipedia article on Eastern Orthodoxy, and to an entire wiki devoted to Eastern Orthodox Christianity. Also the title of an excellent short book on Orthodoxy. Feel free to contact me via Yahoo! Answers email if you have particular questions.

We believe in God and the bible. Jehovah's Witnesses ARE Christians. However they are not generally considered to be "mainstream" Christians. Both mainstream Christians and Jehovah's Witnesses claim to believe and follow the bible, however there are marked differences between both groups. *Mainstream Christians believe Jesus to be BOTH Almighty God and Amlighty God's son while JW believe Jesus to be the Son of God (Luke 3:21-22) *Mainstream Christians believe in a trinity (three Gods in one) while JW believe there to be only One True God and Creator (Deut 6:4) *Mainstream Christians believe God tortures the wicked forever in hellfire JW believe God is love and that eternal burning in hell is not a biblical teaching (Jer 7:21) *Mainstream Christians rarely refer to God by his personal name (Yawheh/Jehovah) The Jehovah's Witnesses believe that God's name should be Sanctified, honoured and praised at every opportunity (Math 6:9) *Mainstream Christians Generally do not preach the gospel Jehovah's Witnesses are well known for their public ministry (Math 28:19:20) *Most mainstream Christians have no objection to participating in War or politics Jehovah's Witnesses insist on remaining politically neurtral (John 15:19) *Mainstream Christian religions teach the "immortality of the soul" Jehovah's Witnesses believe the soul can be destroyed (Matthew 10:28 .) *Mainstream Christians usually have a human leader (a pope, an deacon, a Bishop) JW only recognise Jesus as their leader (Mat 23:10) *Mainstream Christians have many pagan rituals incorporated into their religious rituals Jehovah's Witnesess reject all celebrations and ceremonies with pagain origins (2 Cor 6:15) *Many mainstream Christians churches use a lot of idols in their worship and they venerate the cross JW reject the use of idols (1 Cor 1:14) *Mainstream Christians have a clergy/laity class of ministers JW consider all their members ministers and all partake in preaching and teaching (Matthew 23:9) *Mainstream Christians have no formal system to ensure their churches are free from members that are unscriptural. Jehovah's Witnesses apply the bible principle of removing unrependent members that insist on living contrary to scriptural norms (1 Cor 6: 9, 10)

I can't speak for Greek Orthodox per se, I am not 1.
As for The Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses;
I know about.
Most sects of Christianity believe in the trinity Lie.
Which makes them, all Polytheist.
Deut 6:4~~"Jehovah our God is one Jehovah."
Witnesses do not believe in non-biblical teachings,
such as the trinity.
The immortal soul.
Hellfire and so much more.
The Christain Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses
is a return to 1st century Christianity.
Unpolluted, unadulterated, worship of 1 God,
the only true God, Jehovah.
Also, Unitarians, Muslims & Mormons are Monotheist.
They worship 1 God, not a triune god, or the godhead.
The rest of them...
can keep their disgusting 3-headed false god.
Polytheist.
"All things have been delivered to me by my Father,
and who the Son is no one knows but the Father;
and who the Father is,
no one knows but the Son,
and he to whom the Son is willing to reveal him."
~~Luke 10:22
There is no mention here of the holy spirit.
Wouldn't Jesus mention it here, as well?
If the trinity lie, wasn't a lie?

The God that the Jehovah's Witnesses believe in, is the God of the Bible. Not some Triune god. They also dont believe in contaminated religious teachings mingled with Images, crucifixes and Traditions of old.
On the otherhand Religions in general seem to hold to the beliefs that are closely aligned with Greek & Pagan teachings. Such as Immortality of the Soul..hell-fire doctrines and the other teachings that are repulsive. There are No faith-healers or people speaking in Tongues that are a part of the Jehovah Witness Organization, and right so..Jesus said the Following " “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew you!”—Matt. 7:21-23.
Duly noted.

Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus is the Son of God the firstborn of all creation, Colossians 1:15, and that Jehovah is the true God, the Creator, God Almighty. Jesus and Jehovah are two separate individuals and not the same one, and that the Holy Spirit is God's active force or power that he uses to accomplish his will.

1) Greek Orthodox = Holy Trinity - Father Son and Holy Ghost all three = God. God in Three Persons. Three "hypostases" - one in essence "ousia" in Greek.
2) JW's = One God - Jesus is a creation, a created being and NOT God in the flesh.
JW's are just modern day Arians - the Arian heresy was condemned by Orthodox Christianity in 325 A.D.
Arianism developed around 320, in Alexandria Egypt concerning the person of Christ and is named after Arius of Alexandar. For his doctrinal teaching he was exiled to Illyria in 325 after the first ecumenical council at Nicaea condemned his teaching as heresy. It was the greatest of heresies within the early church that developed a significant following. Some say, it almost took over the church.
Arius taught that only God the Father was eternal and too pure and infinite to appear on the earth. Therefore, God produced Christ the Son out of nothing as the first and greatest creation. The Son is then the one who created the universe. Because the Son relationship of the Son to the Father is not one of nature, it is, therefore, adoptive. God adopted Christ as the Son. Though Christ was a creation, because of his great position and authority, he was to be worshipped and even looked upon as God. Some Arians even held that the Holy Spirit was the first and greatest creation of the Son.
At Jesus' incarnation, the Arians asserted that the divine quality of the Son, the Logos, took the place of the human and spiritual aspect of Jesus, thereby denying the full and complete incarnation of God the Son, second person of the Trinity.
In asserting that Christ the Son, as a created thing, was to be worshipped, the Arians were advocating idolatry.

The Greek Orthodox serve a nameless trinitarian God. Jehovah's Witnesses serve the God of the Bible whose name is Jehovah. Ps. 83:18

Orthodoxy claims that God is a Trinitarian God. This is the concept that God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit exist as separate persons yet one God.
In addition to completely perverting and twisting the Bible, Jehova's witnesses claim that there is one God, (Jehovah) and that Jesus is just a created being, and the Holy Spirit is an "active force" like electricity.
So the question is... what are you going to trust your eternal soul on? Are you going to mindlessly believe what people say, or are you going to test everything with what the bible says?
Jehovah witnesses are considered to be a "cult" because they take and pervert the bible so much that it is impossible to truly know God, be saved, or enter heaven by their perverted teachings.
Other teachings are closer and there at least is the opportunity to be saved with a humble and contrite heart.
