Absolutely! I think your wedding should reflect your own style, also think about it the lavender plant has beautiful mint green leaves and lavender tips! go for it.
You may wish to choose a neutral pearl or beige to mix it up and give a subtle lines.

ya, those colors are perfect together. also, a pale blue would look good with mint green. or even a light pink. i dont really know much about flowers, but some white flowers, like lily of the valleys would be gorgeous

It's a very Spring-y pair. It might seem a little juvenile (like a little girl's room), unless its balanced out with a lot of white and not overly floral.
