i was using clinique's 3 step program and it cleared my skin in a just a few days. i have been very happy with it, but then i broke out with a bunch of zits, i figured my period was coming, so i didn't sweat over it. well it was my period, but now 3 weeks after my period i still have a lot of zits, they are red and hard, and they hurt. i'm almost out of my clinique, i really want to try their acne solutions, but my family is really poor right now and can't afford it. can you please help me get back to my clear skin? *please don't say acne free because i've tried it and it didn't work, i've tried a lot of the products out there and clinique is the one that has worked the best, just can't afford it, so please help me!!*
love,
Chelsea

Asprin. Take a tab, crush it up, add a drop or two of water to make it a paste. put it on the problem areas. It has worked for me and my lil sister. and dont touch your zits.

Hmmm . . . I suggest you just stop using that stuff and let your skin sort itself out. Just keep it clean with regular soap and don't mess with the pimples. I mean, it can be OK to pop them when they're ready to burst, but stop trying well before your skin gets sore. Otherwise, you'll look like a pizza. It just takes time and simple hygiene to get rid of acne. Just wait and take care of your skin. You might not totally clear up until a couple of years from now, but you'll look OK if you take care of it. Good night!

try a gentle cleanser like philosophy purity made simple.

do you get hormonal acne usually?
i get that too. but right now i'm using skinceuticals 0.5 retinol and skinceutical's phyto corrective gel. it may purge your skin first, but a week or two, you'll see and feel the difference.

they're quite expensive but works really well.

the retinol will smooth and get rid of your acne and the phyto gel calms down your skin and lighten up acne marks.
