i don't understand this guy please help me?

He say everyday that i am ugly and no one likes me and that i am stupid does that mean he likes me or is he just picking on me and he taltles on me alot like when i am chewing gum he tells the teacher so i have to spit it out he told that he likes my best friend and asks me who should i go out with i need edvice please help

In general, if a guy says your ugly and no one likes you and such....he does not like you. He is just picking on you.
