I have Eczema, so I sympathize with you. It can be a maddening itch. I have found nothing to cure it, but I just read that biotin (a vitamin supplement) is good for this, so I'm going to buy some and try it. I also find that Vick's Vapor Rub (or any similar brand) relieves the itching if you don't mind the smell. Don't use perfumed lotions, this will only worsen the irritation.

Any product that contains olive oil and vitamin e will help keep up the moisture and get rid of the dry bumps but you will have to do it daily.

Eczema isn't really so much bumps...a lot of people have this...my cousin and I do, and it's can be caused by either a skin fungus, or a buildup of skin cells that clogs pores (mine). If they're itchy and red, see a doctor. But try lotion and exfoliants first.

i also have bumps on my arms and it's not exama. They are caused by clogged pores. I went to the dermatologist and they prescribed me this lotion called Salex and it seemed to really reduce the size and roughness of the bumps.

I used to have that. I read that it's from a vitamin deficiency. I believe it was lack of vitamin A. Look it up. Also, try a loofah.
