I have been on a diet for almost 5 months now, and i have lost nearly 30 pounds! (i was 139) i now weigh 112 but i still look "chubby"

i don't understand. have i been working out wrong? should i still keep dropping weight untill i see results? i look like i weigh 120 - 125 but i want to look like what i weigh!

this is exactly why people in the fitness industry stress tracking the body fat. like most people you probably haven't been tracking your body fat so you have no idea how much of that 30 lbs was muscle, water or fat....

You are probably losing the muscle tone in your body because you are starve dieting...your body starts to store fat and eat muscle tissue...so start eating, and working out...sometimes dieting isn't enough...take 45 minute walks three times a week...go swimming every other night...

If you still feel that you are too fat at 112, then you may also want to go to a doctor and talk about a possible body disorder. Chances are, you are very beautiful, but you are too insecure to realize it

You've lost alot of weight.
you need to do some exercise to tone uo the exta skin that you'll have.
I believe that you just have a bit of extra skin,due to the weight loss.

How tall are you? I think you look fine with that weight if you're 5ft2 or more. Don't worry much about the appearance, just keep up with good daily diet..You did a good job already...

It depends on how tall you are! 112 is very skinny if you are 5'8", but not so skinny (but not fat) if you are 5' 0"!

maybe u do look different, ur brain could just be telling u that u look the same, ask a couple people how much they think u wieght!

to much fat not enough mucle...u need 2 start eating!! and start excersiosng more!! the lack of food is cause ur body to ewat away at ur muscles
