The grapefruit diet will do it. Just be prepared to put the weight back on. I have used this diet along with 5 co-workers and a family member. Let me know if you need the details to make it work.

To lose weight at that rate, try a diet of LESS than 1,000 calories a day and exercise every minute you can!
That is a hard goal to meet and usually any diet that you go with less than 1,000 calories a day should be monitored by a doctor.
OR - you could just go to your family reunion as the person you are, not worry about what some idiot second or third cousin might think and have a great time!!
Everyone's got warts of some sort and if others can't accept yours the way you accept theirs, well, just ignore 'em! They just aren't people that you want to deal with or see very often.

Tips to a healthier body-
1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, lean protein, vegies and fruits
2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks. Get rid of the junk food from the cupboards! Eat cashew / almond nuts instead.
3) drink plenty of water / green tea
4) Exercise - look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

Cut carbs out (temporarily) for a month and do at least 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise daily. Drink a lot of water and cut the calories you currently eat to maintain weight in half.
This is NOT healthy and you'll probably gain it back after the family reunion, but it can be done.

unless you have a lot of weight to lose, you can't lose that much weight in that short a time. eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day. you can lose more weight the first week, but 2-3 pounds a week is recommended.

try this for breakfast eat a low fat yogurt for lunch a salad with no dressing and for dinner grilled chicken breast no sauce or anything else maybe some steamed vegies and for snacks fruit. Drink plenty of water and exercise daily depending on how fit u are start out on a 30min workout say treadmill or a fast walk around the block working your way up.Its may sound extreme but it works i did it b4 a holiday if u get board with it you can change it for what suit you.. Best of luck....
