To fight depression
a person needs to do the following each day:

Eat
Get out of the house and Exercise
and Sleep

If a person walks into the deli -- he's out of the house, getting exercise.
If a person eats a deli sandwich with deli mustard on it -- he's eating.

Well, deli mustard works for 2 out of 3.
